Why Astro?

Astro is a modern web framework that lets you build fast, content-focused websites. Here are some of the reasons we chose it:

• Zero JS by default — Astro strips away all JavaScript unless you explicitly need it, resulting in lightning-fast page loads.
• Content collections — Built-in support for Markdown and MDX content with type-safe schemas.
• Component islands — Use any UI framework (React, Vue, Svelte) only where you need interactivity.
